Despite having a busy schedule managing the hairstyling for advertising and branding campaigns for major international brands, Gregory Lai still managed to squeeze out time to do what he enjoys on the side once in a while. Pilot, Diver, Hair Stylist, ask the creative director of the fanciful salon located at the upmarket Nassim Road in Singapore about it and “been there done that” is most probably what you will get as an answer.

Upon his graduation from Pivot Point & Sasson Academy, Gregg started off as a fashion hair stylist in various fashion houses before slowly working his way up the rank to becoming a full-fledged hairstylist, working with international agencies like Batey, Ogilvy & Mater, Saatchi & Saatchi on big brands with the likes of Singapore Airlines, local banks etc.

 

Described as “wash & wear”, the technique executed by Gregg is to cut the hair according to the suitability of each individual’s bone structure and lifestyle. After getting the hair done in SalonB, the customer can easily maintain the hair in its best form without much effort on a day-to-day basis.
